- $8,300.00 + tax for up to 10 people per week (contact us for smaller group rates)***
- Kids 12 and under $200.00 per week
- Kids 13 and over $250.00 + tax***
*A 100% refund may be granted in the event that we are able to re-rent the house for your cancelled dates. Cancellation fees may also be eligible for use towards a future booking.
**Payments can be either check, bank wires or PayPal. All detailed information will be on the contract. PayPal can be made on our website.
