- Bonefishing (dozens of good spots within a few miles of the house, no boat necessary)(tides on opposite sides of the island are two hours apart so you get optimum fishing twice each tide.)

- Snorkeling steps from the house – between the house and a reef 300 feet from the house we have some of the best snokeling in the world according Jacques Cousteau (10 snorkel sets provided including kids sets)

- Sea Kayaking (2 clear bottom kayaks provided which are great for fish watching)
- Boating (Small inflatable boat with motor provided, great for fishing right in front of the house)
- Both adults and kids life jackets
- Surfing
- Biking (2 bikes provided)
- Nordic Walking Sticks – 4 sets (great for walking the beach)
